Every commission begins with a unique concept developed around your story. Depending on the design, each piece can incorporate a dozen or more photographs, carefully woven together to reveal new details with every viewing.

The finished artwork is delivered as a high-resolution master file, suitable for production in a variety of premium formats including face-mounted acrylic, metal, canvas, fine art paper, and other custom installations. I also offer guidance on sizing, framing, and display to ensure the finished piece fits your space beautifully.

Many existing works can be customized by incorporating your own photographs or meaningful details into the composition. The result is a one-of-a-kind artwork that combines the visual language of my collections with your own personal story.
This special edition of The Glinting Edges was subtly personalized with the couple’s engagement photos, woven seamlessly into the design to create a unique, meaningful keepsake. Their wedding date was added in the lower corner, completing a piece that celebrates their love story. A favorite of the bride and groom, this artwork now stands as both a beautiful memento of their wedding and a lasting memory captured in art.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Share Your Story
Choose the photographs you’d like me to work with—typically 8–12 images that capture a place, event, or personal theme.
Before beginning, I’ll review the images to ensure they have sufficient resolution and that the necessary usage rights are in place.
These photos were taken by a client on vacation at Yellowstone National Park.
2. Design Development
Using your photographs as inspiration, I create an original concept drawing that establishes the overall composition and visual theme.
Once you’re happy with the direction, a 25% non-refundable deposit reserves your commission and begins the artwork process.
Here I used a pine tree design to create the spaces to collage the images.
3. Artwork Creation
This is where the individual photographs are carefully integrated into the custom design.
Through dozens of layers of photography and illustration, the artwork gradually takes shape into a richly detailed composition.

4. Review
You’ll receive a digital proof for review and have the opportunity to request minor adjustments before final approval.
5. Printing & Presentation
Once approved, we’ll determine the ideal size and presentation for your artwork.

6. Delivery
After final payment, your artwork is prepared for production.
You’ll receive a high-resolution master image suitable for professional printing, along with any printed or framed pieces you’ve selected.
Commission Pricing
Custom commissions typically range from $1250–$3500, depending on:
complexity of the design
number of photographs incorporated
intended output size
Printing, framing, and shipping are quoted separately so you only pay for the presentation options you choose.
Every project begins with a free consultation and quote.
The artist retains all copyrights to the final digital image. No further reproductions can be made without the permission of the artist.
